CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service price. This policy helps us respect the time of our staff and other clients. We appreciate your understanding and support.
